Build time & delivery
Our usual lead time is ten days from ordering to posting, (please contact us before ordering if you require an item sooner).
Postage is by Royal Mail "signed for".
Once we have a tracking number, we will email it to you.

Refunds
Names In Lights are made to your specific order.  We will refund / replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Names In Lights’ products carry a one year electrical and build quality guarantee.
Our products come supplied with a complimentary USB to mains adapter (to the UK only), allowing you to plug your light into the wall or the USB port of a PC. Our lights are not suitable for direct connection to mains without a USB adapter.
Names In Lights are suitable for indoor use only. Names in Lights are robust and well made, but they are not toys.
Our resin light filters will last for years if you follow three simple rules:-
1.Do not situate in direct sunlight – even though we add a uv filter, direct sunlight may make them yellow over time.
2.Handle with care, by the plinth or base.
3.Clean (letters and base) with a soft lint-free cloth and silicone / wax based furniture polish. Do not use solvents.

Plinths, frames and cases made from hardwood.
Items made from this organic material should not be exposed to excessively HOT or DAMP conditions, which may cause the material to warp.

We pack our lights with the primary aim of getting them to you in perfect condition. To this end, we use clean recycled and repurposed materials in our postal packaging.
If using multiple USB devices, it is wise to check the output capacity of your PC or laptop.
Names In Lights operate at 5v / <500ma unless stated otherwise.
We do not export to the USA or Canada.
